His name was Made (pronounced Mah-day) and he brought me back to the village where he lived.
As he introduced me to the other artists and craftsmen, I learned that they often had to abandon their indigenous craft to find work.

As he introduced me to the other artists and craftsmen, I learned that they often had to abandon their indigenous craft to find work.
And that's where the idea began: what if we brought this carving craft to a global audience?
Now stories pour in from Wanderers around the world about how much their handmade symbols mean to them and their loved ones.
I drew it when I realized... I was never lost in the jungle! I was exactly where destiny intended me to be, just like the Tolkien quote: "Not all those who wander are lost."
"I bought 4 total bracelets for my circus team. We all worked as a tight knit family. We have all gone our separate ways since then, but we all wear them still and they connect us all over the country. I love the design, I love the quality, I loved the messages on the cards, the fast shipping and the idea of helping people in other countries have a living wage. Basically, they are perfect in every way and we are thankful.
"My fiancé and I had both lost our spouses. She lost her husband many years ago and I lost my wife a few years back. Our first date was such a wonderful evening, we both knew then that this was something that could last for a long time. That date, 11/17/2018 is very special to us. That date started us on our journey together. A journey that has led to our engagement an our impending marriage in 2021. We decided to remember that special date with your bracelet as seen in the photos. These are the first thing we put on each and every morning, they mean that much to us. Thank you for allowing us to remember that special day with your wonderful bracelets."
"I got these as a gift to my boyfriend for Valentines Day. We met roughly 13 years ago when I was riding the train to college and he worked on it. I rode everyday for a year and he gave me free commutes for a couple months before giving me his phone number one day when I got off the train to go to my college. The coordinates I chose are to the train station where we first met. We reconnected roughly 3 years ago and this past year gave our romantic run another go. I thought it was both comical and meaningful. I loved the customization options and variety. Overall great experience & love the product 100% - from us both.
We've come up with 120+ symbols and customizable options, and we pre-order standard amounts from the artisans each month. that way, they always have steady fair-wage work.
The artisans work together in open-air workshops close by their village where they make:
We package your bracelet in a recyclable box and donate 10% of the profits to conservation charities. Then, you get a piece that connect you to what's important while making a difference around the world.
