EXCELLENT Product, EXCELLENT Customer Service!

I purchased these matching bracelets for my college age son and his girlfriend. Chose the gray color as it’s neutral and will go with everything. Because I wasn’t 100% sure of both their wrist sizes I chose the button closure. I was able to estimate their sizes and with the button closures they fit PERFECTLY!!! The bracelets are absolutely gorgeous and they BOTH LOVE THEM!!! High quality and LOVE that they are made by artisans in Bali!

Great Quality and Awesome Customer Service!

I purchased the crossing paths hand carved bracelets for my boyfriend and myself. When the packaged arrived there was only one beautiful bracelet. I was sad to discover that I had only ordered one. I immediately reached out to Wanders customer service and explained that I needed a second bracelet. They explained that I had made my ordered during their promotion "buy one get one free" so since I had they were going to go ahead and send me my second bracelet free of charge!! Oh my goodness! How excellent! Both my boyfriend and I wear them everyday and they are durable and we received compliments on them regularly! I definitely recommend this product!

I love them!!

I bought the tassel and button grey initial bracelets for me and my boyfriend and while my boyfriend was putting his on he pulled the loop knot too far. Unfortunately we could not fix it on our own so i contacted customer service and they sent me a new one free of charge! Amazing customer service!
